Mrs. Weinstein is currently serving her second term on the Sulphur Springs School Board. She also serves as President of the Santa Clarita Valley School Trustees Association and is on the Executive Board of the LA County School Trustees Association. Mrs. Weinstein and her husband Steve have three children, all of whom attended Sulphur Springs School. Prior to being on the school board Mrs. Weinstein served on a variety of district committees and was an active PTA board member. Mrs. Weinstein was honored to receive the PTA Honorary Service and Golden Oak Awards as well as being honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a “Champion of Children." |

Sheldon Wigdor![]() | Mr. Wigdor is employed as a Program/Project Manager in the electronics manufacturing industry. He has 4 adult children who all attended Mitchell Community School. Mr. Wigdor has served on the Board of Trustees since 1993. He continues to be is very active in the community, especially with youth baseball, as both a coach and umpire, and currently serves on the Little League District 40 Board of Directors. Not only has he been recognized by the PTA with an Honorary Service Award, but was also honored by Little League International with his selection to umpire the 2007 Big League Softball World Series.
